Pilonidal Sinus / Abscess for baby

Hello Doctor(s),

I have a 1yr 7 month old girl baby.

She was a premature baby, born in 7 months pregnancy.
But she never had any kind of problems that other babies get. The baby does not get frequent fever or cold or any other problems.
She is active and healthy except for the following problem.

When she was around 6 months old she developed a abscess at her back (2 inches above starting of buttocks).
Her regular child specialist advised for an incision and the baby underwent the incision and drainage.

After 1 month this problem recurred and we found out that the baby has Pilonidal Sinus.
The Doctor co-related the abscess and the Sinus and said that we can conduct a surgery for this.

But we read articles in the internet that the Pilonidal Sinus has no permanent cure when operated and it would keep recurring and people undergoing surgeries frequently.

And also we did not want to take a risk since the surgery has to be done too close to the tail bone of the spinal cord.

We met a homeopathy Dr near by and with the medicine she gave, there was no problems for 6 months.

When the baby reached around 1 yr, she started to get this problem again and this time more frequently.

Unfortunately the Lady Homeo Doctor had gone on Maternity long leave (she runs a clinic)and was not available.

I consulted another Homeo Dr and the baby was administered medicine for 2.5 months now.

After the 1st month treatment the Doctor gave different set of medicines.

All the medicines were given with 1 hour gap between them and was given thrice a day.

But until now we found no improvement.

After the first medicine he gives, we need to give a gap of 5 days before starting the regular dosage. During that time the Abscess becomes big and lots of PUSS comes out.
Then it starts to heal. On the 5th day, it looks ok. But after starting the regular dosage, the Abscess opens up again and the cycle goes on for every 2-3 days. Opening up and closing.

Its very painful for the baby.

We want to have a kind of permanent cure for this.

The baby does not have any other problems. No Puss from the Sinus, only from the abscess.

The baby runs/walks/eats/urinates fine. She has no problems passing stools.
So far we have not seen anything (puss or stools) come from the Sinus.

I'm attaching the pictures of the affected area. Pls have a look and let me know if you can treat this.

The frequency of Puss formation is once in a week to 10 days. Then it heals and comes back.

In the picture I've covered both the affected area and the Sinus.
