I am new to this forum. I am suffering from Prurigo Nodularis and wanted help if any one can give. I have taken topical steroids with oral antihistamines, but not relieved.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi there - Hydrocolloid dressing can really help! You can find it in the first aid aisle of any pharmacy, like CVS or Wlagreens. Band Aid is one brand that makes them - they are advertised as waterproof bandages that don't stick to the wound - make sure there is not a cloth component to the bandage. It should just look like a piece of rubber that you stick right on your skin. Don't put any cream or anything on the bump before you put apply the bandage, just make sure it is clean and dry. You can leave it on for many days, and believe it or not, it helps the bumps to heal! It also helps you not to pick at them. At the very least, they are good for covering the bumps up and don't lead people to ask 'What happened?!?' The way that regular band aids do. :) Good luck!

Faisaleem,
You need to describe your suffering how it troubles you, since when you are having it, only diagnosis doesnt help to arrive at a selection of remedy?
Also describe yourself, your character, Nature.

Regards,
Dr. Yogesh
