Pilonidal Cyst Treatment Questions: Hepar Sulphuris or Silicea

For several years now, there have been times when my 'tail' hurt, usually after sitting for a long time or bumping the area. Several months ago I injured my knee, making it difficult to move about for 2 months. Right as that was healing to the point where I could get around without pain, I severely sprained my ankle. So for the last 2 1/2 - 3 months, I have been doing a lot of sitting, which is not usual for me! In this time I developed a bump at the base of my tailbone, just to the left. Recently this bump became painful and reddened. I looked it up and self-diagnosed it as a pilonidal cyst. Reading about conventional treatment horrified me, so I looked up the homeopathic remedy and ended up here. This looks like a wonderful resource! I did my best to read through the replies to formulate a treatment plan. I have a few questions, however. Below I will lay out my treatment plan with the questions I have.

1.) Myristica 200C to rupture the cyst. Repeat in 5 days if not yet burst.

*** I read in one post to divide the dosage into 3 parts and give every 1/2 hour. Is this necessary? I didn't see it mentioned in other posts.

2.) Calcarea Sulph 6X, 4 pills 3 times a day (for a total of 12 pills per day), starting 2 days after Myristica is first taken. Taken for 1 month.

3.) Silicea 6C 3 times a day after the cyst has burst. Take for 7 days.

*** I read in one post that for persons who love vinegar, Hepar Sulphuris is indicated. I am normally not sluggish (which is said to indicate silicea) but I have been forced to be more sedentary since my injuries, which is very irritating to me! I love pickles and will happily drink cider vinegar or pickle juice straight. I also love a good debate, and saw that one who is 'quarrelsome' should take Hepar Sulphuris. Is this indicated instead of silicea in the treatment plan? If so what dosage?

4.) Silicea 200C once in morning and once at night, for two days.

*** If Hepar Sulphuris is indicated for me in the step above, should it be used in this step also? If so, please confirm dosage.

Other general questions:

The cyst was bigger a couple of days ago but I have been doing a hot water compress and it is now barely a lump but still painful. Because of its smaller size I am not sure if it will 'burst'. Should I skip the Myristica step or not?

I so appreciate the advice on this forum! A big 'Thank You' to all the doctors who take the time to share their knowledge.
