vaginal infection

I am writing on behalf of 2 girls (one 3 years and one 6 months) who have vaginal infections with actinomyces and corynobacterium present. The 6 month baby also has a white bump (perhaps 3-4 mm in diameter) towards the back of her throat visible when she is crying. From what I understand, Actinomyces is normally treated with months of antibiotics. Does anyone have experience treating this successfully with homeopathy, perhaps with a nosode? I would like to avoid using antibiotics if at all possible.

pls try merc sol 6 daily one dose of 1 drops early in the morning empty stomach.. for at least 10 to 15 days only.. for 6 month girl only 4-5 days is enough..
