neck pain while reading plus pain in heels while standing

For last 7 years I feel stiff back neck pain in cervical area while reading or if I keep my head downward for even 5-10 mins. I get relief if I move head backward or stop bending head downward.

ALso mostly at same time I have sever pain like pebble in my heel if I keep standing for more than 10 minutes, the pain immidiately goes away while I take rest by sitting in a chair.
Also clinically, I have uric acid on higher side in the range of 7 to 7.5.

What medicine and of what potency I should take and for how long.

1. causticum 30c three times in aday
2. Heckla Lava 3x 2 tab thrice in a day

continue for 3 month to get the complete cure..
