Fistula SurgeryI am a Crohn's patient that has had a fistula all my life. Until recently I got surgery to close it up with a plug and flap. I am 5 days post surgery, in no pain, but in need of fast healing. I have to play the waiting game to see of my body adheres to this plug. It is made from pig cells and soon enough if my body accepts it, my cells will form into the plug to form one and the fistula tract will close up. Anything I should take to speed recovery so my body accepts this foreign object?
