Back & Arm Strain due to lifting wife with MS

My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and I have to assist her onto and off the wheel chair; as well as onto and off the toilet. I have to help stand her up (if she is able) in order to help dress her. I do a lot of lifting and my back and arms ache a lot due to this. Is there any medicine/supplement that I can take that is not harmful to alleviate the pain?? I take aleve twice a day and would like to eleminate this if at all possible. I swim 3 days a week for exercise.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try Arnica 30C - Two doses per day - morn and night - for a week.

If backache doesnt go away, try Rhus Tox 30C.
