infant ecazema

my two month old daughter has eczema.lt started in forth week doctor said this is baby acne. it will go by it self but it grows in next week doctor said this is eczema and said apply moisturizer with every diaper change.one time it looks as if acne is reducing then oh no it is same.1.she is breastfed
2 eczema is only on her both cheek
3.she vomit milk now and then.
4she has some problem of acidity.
