Pilonoidal sinus

Dear Doc's.

please help me i am having this problem for the past 6 to 8 months. I consulted my family doctor and as per his advise i undergone surgery twice. once locally and another in a operation theatre. One month passed after the surgery and still i have the pain in that area. There is a swelling and the opening from which the pus came has closed now. But the stitches created a hole and pus is coming out of that now. I consulted my doctor and he told that its just a drain for all the infections and the root has been taken out. He also informed that there will be some pain and pus will be coming for sometime. The pain is severe in the morning and later decreases. Please advise me and tell me is there a permanent cure in Homeopathy. I dont like to have a surgery again. I am going to get married in next few months and im afraid thi will affect my married life. PLease anyone advise me regarding this. Eagerly awaiting for the reply with pains.

As per your advise i tried myristica s 30 three times a day and it gave me a very good result. Pain is very much reduced but the pus is still coming and i have some pain in the places where there are pores . I feel very much confident now. Do i need to continue this medicine or do i need to change anythig. Please advise me in this.
