Very high stress and anxiety, hopeless, fearful that I will not regain my strength of mind that I had before. I am ill from anxiety: nausea, heart pounding, weakness, reflux, panic, hopelessness, feel so ill. Feel angry that I am allowing my mental state to make me ill but am meditating and taking minimal meds to try to cope until I heal somehow.

Sorry for lack of reply. I was hospitalized twice. Now diagnosed and treated for bipolar disorder type I. I'm on many medications and finally stable and not suicidal but hate the med side effects. I've gained a lot of weight and have neurological side effects.
I'm unsure what to do now. Now I feel angry to be mentally ill/sick after having fought so many years to recover from severe Lyme Disease. The psych meds are horrible but are keeping me alive because I now finally am able to see that it's better for me to be alive for my husband and daughter even if I can't muster the desire to live for myself.

Due to the strong and overwhelming symptoms I did not take the alumina-phos. Worried that I would not be able to tolerate it.

Hi,
I took the 200c Alumina phos two weeks ago. I've started on a new medication at the same time (I just couldn't find a good space of time to take the alumina without variables!)
Right now I get surges of panic with physical symptoms including sweats and diarrhea. I don't understand what I'm panicking about. Doing a lot more evaluating as to what the heck is wrong that is making me this way. I'm still irritable and snap with temper at times but it's mostly due to fatigue or testing by my young daughter.
Continue to be very fat having gained 30+ lbs since being diagnosed with bipolar II disorder and put on medications with this side effect. I'm not comfortable in my body but don't hate it. I just miss my old body and don't like the inconvenience of trying to dress this new body.
Meds I'm taking include: lithium,cogentin,lamictal,
klonopin,seroquel,abilify. (I just started the abilify so I can wean off of the seroquel.)
