Masculinity, testosterone levels

Hello Docs,

I am having almost no luck in developing any muscles since few years now, When I do gym the body gets hard for 1-2 hours then goes back to being soft again, Although I have been using weights since I was 19 and now 26, but I have never developed muscles. I have heavy legs and chubby fats around my stomach, thighs and chest.

While growing up I was reasonably masculine good sexual drive, good and strong erections, but as the time passed by I have had a diminishing sexual drive and short erections and premature ejaculations.

The thing that worries me is I am only 26 and its only appearing to get worse. I am trying to relate if my chubby physique, lack of energy and less muscle development is related with the possibility of less testosterone production.

I also want to add that I feel I have masturbated a lot so far in my life and I feel that I have greatly effected my otherwise perfectly fine body.

How can I come out of this situation, Please help!!

-Sam.

Thanks Zahid for the reply, much appreciated.

Are there any other people/Docs who would like to participate and submit their opinions, I will wait for 2-3 days for all the suggestions and then start with the prescribed dosage.

Sincerely,

Sam.
