Losing Weight Using Phytolacca Berry
Hi,I am 5'2 in height and weight around 74kgs.I had months abortion in July'08 and after whichI have come back to my normal course but have have put on 7-8 kgs as a result of which my weight has increased to 74 Kgs.
I execrise 4 time in a week but result is very slow.I consulted homeopathic doctor and he recommneded Phytolacca Berry it has been more them 20 days but I dont find any difference.He also told me that I can continue medicine even if I am trying to concieve again as there would be no side effects.
I want to lose at least 7-8 kgs in 2-3 months before i concieve again.
Please suggest what medicine should I take and what dosage that It helps in to reduce fat fast and there should be no side effects.My eaing habits are normal.
I intend going homeopathic way as I understand there are no side effects.
Please advice.Advice from a Homeopathic expert doctor would be greatly appreciated.

I have few concerns which I am listing below.
will Sepia 1000 help me in reducing weight? As long with excericise I need some supllement to fasten my fat reduction.I am looking forward for Planning in next two months Therefore I want my weight to come down by atleast 5 -7 kgs.
Secondly I have been advised to excerice less as recently I had a problem in Upper joint of knees and was finding difficulty while walking climbing up n down the stairs, while sitting down and running. I got it checked from doctor and was told it is due to deficiency of calicum.I am talking 1000mg of cartesafe everyday along with 1gm of calcifol granules every third day with milk.
It can also be due to my increased weight.I really need something which can help me in reducing the fat so that I can plan again.
I have got my myself checked for thyroid it is normal now initailly when I was expecting my TSH was slightly elevated
Also , Please confirm if Naphos 6X can be used for reducing weight.I read onthis ite only.
