Cat meows and pees

Hi, I have 3 cats, 2 females aged 11 and a male aged 6.
They all get along pretty well and the girls are calm, though Gizmo, the boy, has been peeing in different corners ever since he was neutered at age one (approx). This would get better and worse at times. Right now it's really bad again, he pees right besides a clean litter box, on the bathroom rug etc.
He also runs around the house meowing for quite a long time, as if speaking to himself and complaining. Then if it's really bad he'll take some anger out on one of my females and chases and jumps on her (he's quite big so I feel really sorry for her).

He's been a very annoying cat for years, constantly seeking for attention and I give him A LOT since I work from home. But he just can't get enough. He also gets scared easily.

I can't think of anything else right now but I'd be very interested in trying a homeopathy remedy on him since I've been taking remedies for myself for the past 2 years and just love it.
