Abdomen Anxiety, repressed/post anxiety relapse

Hello. I am conscious that I have become more consciously anxious of late, and physical symptoms I had a few yrs ago from anxiety have shown themselves again last night. I do believe it has reappeared as it is wanting to be dealt with ,and am quite ready to face this. However, I would like to find a suitable remedy for this time.

Physical symptoms-
abdomen:
squirmish/dull mentally sickly fluttering around solar plexus area and slightly lower.
Chest: touching sternum and chest with hand, rubbing it subconsciously into consciously, aware it may be self comforting though does not relieve the abdomen anxiety
Face/Eyes: vacant far away expression, slight fuzz or non focus gaze
shaking: physical internal feeling of shaking after inital first response from other person, almost like thats the bodies next reaction/outlet to what the mind has recieved

Mind-
Tidying: physically busying self and wanting things in order, tho mind is in constant churning through thoughts whilst busying self
Not really coherent, lost in thoughts, vacant, distant, almost unable to be coherent as the mind physically doesnt seem to want to allow anything else to absorb
slight squinting frown,
Feels like body is not allowing any symptoms to go below the solar plexus as holding navel taut and contracted/ or stiff.
Neck slightly stooping, gazing downwards.
Shoulders stiff and tense.
breath only reaching chest area, not allowed to go lower into navel area
Finds it difficult to communicate with others
Afraid of other persons vocal actions and continually fear of not knowing whats happening next, like afraid of outcome being rejection byt other person not contacting me, or afraid of the uncomfortable feelings and reactions of what other person may have to say.
Almost uncontrolled physical and mental reaction to news.
Afraid of letting go and sharing anxiety for fear of what? That scares me somewhat and physically like waves of anxiousness running from lower chest into abdomen...
Like to be in control..
This is all i have for now..

Oh and aversion to eat as feel nauseous, not overly but enought o not want anything nr mouth, but almost wanting to put something in mouth and swallow to soothe, or mask anxiety.

Arsenicum comes to mind??!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also recognising that food heightens symptoms it seems.

And when anxiety is slightly more oppressed, pushed down, under control, it is masked by feeling that eating food will console and make believe it will heal things.

no real true natural routine with food, tho avid attempts at being very controlled with it and it spiralling out of control at exciteable moments.
Feel good when have a controlled routine that feels good and in order and not bad,
i.e. no naughty foods/small consumption at distant intervals and then either: something exciting happens and the order goes into initial happy chaos, and over consumption or what is seen as bad food consumption, or when alone on sofa, in comfortable mode- overconsumption takes place.

But, when Anxiety is physically surfaceed and feeling worried on a constant measure, no food is desired, tho allowing self to eat to mask to outside world that anything is wrong, and still eat slightly too much for what stomach wants.

On a natural level have found eating small amounts at frequent intervals lends to a happy body and mind.

Afraid to go and let hair down for fear of losing emotional/mental control over anxiety and all spilling out.

finding that slightly eating more than stomach wants is from craving minerals/salts/sweet still, like nutrient deficient or candida overtaking mind
