I'm 28.my life got sucked 2 years back bcoz of that i got depressed a lot.in these 2 years i had developed following problems-
1)I get totally weak-feels like sleeepy(cannot sleep),calf & thigh, arms get heavy, feels like not to do anything. all this happens after break fast.
2)lost activeness, selfconfidence fear makeing friend or talking to friends, taking decions etc.
3)Grey hairs & hair fall has increased, added to his smoking has also increased.
4)Impotence & always in worry(always some or other thoughts go in mind)
5)Grinding of teeth in sleep since many years.
6)confused thoughts; Spells or writeing wrong words.
7)Anxiety & anxious at mind, which friends & collegues pointed it out.
so,I did some research & concluded Lycopodium and started with Lycopodium 6C 3doses per day after break-fast,lunch and dinner(1 hr gap).stoped mint & coffee.
I continued it for 3 weeks, felt good.when I wake-up,i felt active than befor LYC.many problems like headache when i skip food/meal & pain when touched scalp(half way from back & front) disappeared.
After stopping LYC (2 days later)except headache when i skip food/meal,all other resurfaced and worsned.Heart beat increasing sometimes,Heartburn,Rumbling gas & farting, soreness from stomach to throt(as indigestive) memory power has weakened.
its not headache but Peculier (mild above both ears)headache.Anxiety & anxiousness increased.getting surprised(jerks or shock or afraid) when suddenly people call me or other things.
shall i cont.. or stop LYC 6C or INCREASE to 30C or any other suggestions welcomed.
or Can any1 suggest a good HOMEO DR in & around HYDERABAD.
Thanks in advance.
