tonsil tones healed

Hi Everyone, First I want to thank you all for everything you wrote. I found it very helpful. You have been instrumental in my own healing and so I wanted to share my success with you. I have suffered from tonsil stones for the last 4+ years, and didn't know what they were. I had previously had some health issues, so I thought that I was going through detox cycles because they would get a little better and then worse at various times.

A couple months ago, I went to my naturepath and talked with him about my horrible and embarrassing breath issues. He told me what they were and gave me some products to treat them, but they unfortunately didn't really relieve the problem.

So, I decided a couple weeks ago to do whatever it takes to address this problem and get over the shame associated with it. After extensive reading about tonsil stones, I took a plan of action that I have found unbelievably successful. Here it is:

I gargled with warm salt water (approx 1 tsp. table salt in 1/3 cup warm water)
2-3times a day for 3 days. This cleared out all my tonsil stones by the third day. I expectorated them in the morning.

Then I went to my local health food store and they recommended a product by the name of VITA-MYR Herbal Mouthwash. It contains zinc, folic acid, myrrh, clove oil, and distilled water. I was willing to give it a try and am amazed to say that it has healed my tonsils for now at least. I finally have my old, wonderful, normal breath for the first time in over 4 years. I feel ecstatic!!!

Oh yeah, one more thing, I also changed my toothpaste from Crest to Tom's of Maine with floride & calcium. That has helped a great deal. I feel like a new person.
