Sleep AponeaI am 52 years old and have recently been diagonosed to suffer from sleep aponea. The consultant surgeon have put me on the continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) machine which I find very difficult to use, and moreover, it is a grat nuisance for my wife although she has not complained about, but I know it is affecting her.
I would be grateful to learn about any alternative treatment.
Many thanks - Inderjit
