Dr Rishimba,Dr Joe De Livera..please help ..Acne, Itchy scalp (white powdery stuff) and brown marks from acne.

I am trying to get some help here..Dr Rishimba, Dr.Joe De Livera and other skilled homeopaths, If you can throw some light on my problems..I would be very grateful. I have posted my problems before on the forum:

I tried Natrum Carb 30 C as suggested once in the above thread, but noticed no difference


My problems are:

I have a oily face. Last 2-3 year have been getting pimples..now they are less but lot of brown spots because of the old pimples.
I ususally see the eruption of pimples after a couple of days of intercourse...

My face has pigmented overall and my complexion has certainly become darker than before...Also have a very itchy scalp..lot of white powdery stuff on the scalp..tried several different type of shampoos...

I heard that Silicea can cure brown spots and reduce pigmentation on the skin...

Over the last year have tried several ointments, antibiotics but nothing has helped...

My last hope is finding a solution here...pls help..

Pimples all over cheeks. Mainly started 2 years ago. I had the problem since 8-9 years, but earlier it was very less. I used to get one or two pimples and they used go away without much trouble.

For the last 2 years since I got married it has been more. There are some marks from old pimples of 3-4 years ago also the new ones leave behind marks. All the marks are brown in color. Basically both cheeks are covered with brown marks left by pimples. My face is oily in nature.

Moreover, my face looks hyperpigmented. My complexion has darkened considerably in the last few years.

Scalp is very itchy, white flaky substance can be see in some places..Lot of hair fall these days.

Lot of grey hairs in the last 2 years(Age 30).

No other physical sufferings.

I feel less confident because of these pimples and the brown spots all over the face.

2 years ago..maximum damage caused was about 6-9 months ago...

Usually there are more pimples after a couple of days after having intercourse.

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I feel better in cold weather.

What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I like green vegetables, I like spicy food also. I do not like less spicy food that much.

How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?

Thirst is normal.

How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?

Normal

How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?

Bowel movement is also normal, sometimes I have constipation but not much.

How sleep, how are your dreams?

Sleep is also normal. I get a lot of dreams, don't usually remeber after I wake up.

What medicines have been taken earlier?

After reading some posts I tried Silicea 200 for 2-3 days, but then thought of
taking expert help instead of self medication.

Have tried lot of allopathy medicines in the last one year, antibiotics for pimples
and shampoos for scalp. Allopathy doctor feels it is hormonal acne and can suggest
some medicine that may not be right if planning to have baby. So I chose not to go ahead,
since me and my wife are planning to have a baby soon.

How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)?

Medium height, more on the fat side. Lately in the last 2 years put on more weight
for lack of physical exercise. My face also has become fatter overall..the cheeks
look more like swollen and eyelids also look swollen.

Family history - What major diseases are running in your family?

Mother has blood pressure issues. Nobody had any skin related problems like I do.
