dear doctor , i had swelling in my vocal cord, 2 month when i shout or speak loudly suddenly i was not able to speak for 20 days , but after i take belladona 30 c for 2 days i get my voice back , but now same thing happen , but now belladona is not working , i even tried phospohorus 30 c for 5 days , nothing is happeingg, my volume is very slow , its already 15 day , i cant able to speak , please suggest some medicine
