Nervous Tick - Smiling uncontrollably in public situations. History of Social Anxiety...Help!
Whenever I am in social situations, I pass people by on the streets, or look at someone when I enter like the gym - I start smiling for no reason (a nervous, shy, anxious smile - mind is in a anxious state and I feel dazed, I don't feel focused or in control of my facial features, my body.)People start to frown at me as if I'm crazy and it just ruins my day. It's uncontrollable - it could just be me crossing the streets, getting on the bus, I start to feel very self conscious and smile sheepishly. Guys would look back at me like I'm being a cheap girl. People then look at me like, 'What in the world is wrong with her...' Is there anything that can help me? I tried lycopedia clav 30C for my social anxiety... I can't really tell if it has helped if the smiling problem is persistent and causes me extreme anxiety....
Help me... :(

Hii, I know you said post back in 15 days... but I just wanted to update on how I felt today.
Today I took 4 pellets in the morning, 6 in the afternoon and another 6 in the evening. Had no food an hour after or before each. By the end of the day, I was feeling 80% better! I was able to go through today without any of my extreme 'Smileyness.' I felt normal and felt I had my life back, and there was definitely hope for me. Though I still feel alittle bit of the anxiety, but def not enough to disturb my quality of life. Today I spoke to several coworkers at my job, and was able to talk normal as I do at home... not mumbling or smiley... Thanks!
What should I do for the remaining tension? Do I still wait the 15 days or take another dose tommorrow? Thanks!

Hi, I don't know if this helps but I was on the Master Cleanse when I took the first dose... then a couple of days later I stopped the cleanse and started it again - which made the anxiety come back again. Today was just terrible... its back... Im all smiley, dazed in public... do you think the master cleanse - detox is affecting this? Help! ;(

Can I try one more dose of the Lachesis? I feel as if the Master Cleanse may have washed out the first one I took, thus removing the effect it had.

why not try silicia CM one dose.
it will help your willpower and give you self confidence.
hope that works. Just one dose of Silica CM.

Hi GoalCureSAD,
Please, please do NOT ever take medication advice from someone on the internet - whether its homeopathic or otherwise. PLEASE consult your doctor for the safest treatment. Listening to people off the internet for medical advice can be VERY dangerous.
Take care - and smiling is a wonderful thing, nothing to be ashamed about. Just shows you're a good-hearted person!
Regards

Majority of doctors have no time for you .Better do your reserch and then follow your heart and what you have read.
Doctors are not GOD . many times they have no solution to the problems.
So do your reserch and follow the advice and your reserch.

Learn some logical reasoning skills and learn how to form a stable argument that leads to stable conclusions before you give rubbish advice that endangers people's lives. And grow up while you're at it.

I don't know about homeopathy. But you can try this ayurvedic herb called ashwagandha. But make sure you do a proper online search about it and then take it.

Because these remedies work well for smiling uncontrollably. The treatment will need some patience if these remedies don't work.

Rohit,
You can start with Belladonna 200. These remedies are available at any homeopathic shop. There are plenty such shops in all towns in India.

whoever the peope are recommending these herbs etc are full of $#&+!
Not that herbs cant be of some help with anxiety, but its clear you have no clue what your talking about.
You jump back and forth on this blog recommending random herbs with no rhyme or reason.
Your inconsistency gives your ignorance away.
Heck, one girl told you the first herb you recomended seemed to help and 5 minutes later your telling her to try something different!
You need to get a clue.
These people and I are fighting for our lives here - this uncontrollable smile is present every second of every day and its miserable beyond comprehension.
Take your herbs back to your country and run your scam somewhere else fool.
