steroids in my daughters medicine

I've been using homeopathy treatment for my daughters (4 yrs) vitiligo since last 2 months and within a month i saw very obvious results. however my husband, who doesn't believe in homeopathy, got the medicine tested for steroids. Unfortunately the results tested positive for presence of steroids. As a result, I am very disturbed, since the doctor is very well known and i had full faith in him. Right now i don't have much alternatives as my daughter is too young for any allopathic treatment. Should I try to find other homoepath, is there any hope of results with genuine(?) homeopathic medicine?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please go for a retest done from a reliable test lab which would not get influenced by any other source.

there is no chance of steroids being present in homeopathic remedies.

I forgot to mention that the doctor used to give medicines in pills wtih no name and in powder form again no name. I tried to get the medicine names from him and he said that he mixes several things himself and evaded my queries. The test i got done on the pills & powder is called TLC Plate Test.
