numbeness n small swelling in penis & stomach disorder

27 male , unmarried , virgin (no intercourse till now )
almost form one year , constipation, stomach fullness
6 month before i had burning sensation in urine , 3 to 4 times
now not there
numbness in penis, and penis mucsles are swelling sometimes
bit dark circles under eyes
less erection penis compare to beffore ,it was very strong n long lasting before
less sexual desire
once i burning sensation n blood in anus while doing stool
now its ok but it burning in anus comes again if i eat non veg
like chicken or meat or oily stuffs
now recently getting tingling pain in legs,behind the knee till down
bit weakness,become lazzy

i have taken some ayurvedic mediine like tirpala churn n other
bit improvement in stomach but
not very much imprvoment in my erection.and i dont get full pleasure
in mastrubation ,its got reduced. i do it twice or trice a week
not much

plz tell me what r the reasons n what is this desease
m Anxious about it and m mentally upset with this sex issue coz
soon m planning for marriage
and how much time it will take to recover with homopathy
shall i continue ayurvedic or something else ......plz advice..waiting eagerly for all of ur help

i am docter ahmed (dhms mbbs )the solution of ur problem is take lyco 200 dialy 5 drops in one teaspdo mineral water and do kegel exerecses at least 20 min daily
