Chronic Stress !!! Calling Dr. Mahfooz,Dr. Deoshlok Sharma -- Please help!!!

Hi

I am 27 M India.Recently i lost my job some 8 months back.Since then i am having constant stress and tension.The symptoms are poor concentration, heaviness in head and nerves in the head are stiff like sensation.Dull pressure as if tight band around head.

I took kali phos and ignatia but no improvement.Then i took Tuberculinum 1M and got relieved and my head pressure is relived and it's short lived only on that day.

I request pls help me....because of this i could not able to get any job...pls help me

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

There is pressure in vertex area and pulsating feeling.I think it's because of the excited nerves.Pls suggest a remedy to release stress from my nerves.

Dear Dr.deoshlok My homeopath prescribed Nat mur 1M and it did't work.

Meanwhile i tried belladonna 1M and Glonoine 200c and i am slightly improved.Shall i try once more these med or should i take one more dose of nat mur??

Dear Doctors,

I went and consulted a alopathic doctor yesterday and he told me that it's because of tension and stress and it is 'Tension Headache' and my scalp muscle and face muscle became tightened(contrasted).SO my face become grim look.

So pls help me to get rid of this problem.I have taken Tuberculinum and got few hours relief and after that it stooped responding from my second dose.

Pls help me i feel very much worried because of this muscle contraction.

SIr as per Mr.sharma i already tried(my homeopath prescribed) nat.mur 1m and did't help.

He prescribed kali phos also at 200c i tried for that also but with no success.

Then with no hope i have gone to alopathic and they are saying it's because of tension headache(My scalp mucle and face muscle got contrasted) tightened because of stress.

Pls help me i will take as per your advice dr.

Dear zahid,

Here is the update...I took acid nit 200c.I had a sensation that my scalp muscle got relaxed for some time.During that time it's like oil is floating from centre of the head to all sides.It's seems my scalp muscle is relaxed.

But still i haveing it...Pls advice me for further treatment.

your mind is changeable, pls stop all the medicine and take one dose of pulsatilla 10m and wait for at least a month and report me.. before taking of pulsatilla take one dose of camphor 200..

You can check the refractive power of both eyes by eye specialist.Probably you may have refractive errors.During acute attack of scalp muscle contraction,you can take arsenicum album 01 potency every half an hour interval.

1) avena sativa Q....20 drops 2 times a day
2) valeriana Q....10 drops 2 times a day
3) gelsimium 200...3 drops 2 times a day

do some meditation and deep breathing exercise ....also this is a phase and this too shall pass..be positive youll c the results ..positively
