porphyria

hi! My boyfriend ( 56 years old)has porphyria.He has wounds that are hard to heal,mainly on arms and back of the neck and scalp. Last year,he had blood drawn as treatment, so as to reduce his iron level. It helped some.It gets really worse in the sun.He is also a diabetic, has hep c from drug and alcohol abuse ( sober and clean for 3 years )and is trying to quit smoking.he had thyroid cancer 4 years ago.I'd appreciate if someone could help me find him a homepathic remedy.Thanks!

The only way we can find a homeopathic remedy for him is by knowing him as a person.

You should describe his temperament, behavior, food cravings/aversions and fears/anxieties in as much detail as possible.
