Diarrhea in 10 year old with stomach cramps

My 10 year old is having watery stools for the past 5 days. I continue to give him Aloe6+Podophyllum6 every few hours. He is constantly hungry and I feed him very little at a time - rice with steamed fish, electrol, toasted bread, banana, apple. Mostly liquids frequently. There was mild fever for a couple of days, but its no longer there. He goes to the toilet about 6-7 times and is completely drained of energy. Sometimes he doubles up with stomach cramps.

There is no mucus or blood and it is light coloured stool.
Am I giving him the right medicines? Should I change the potency?

So I stop the Aloe,Podophyllum and give Merc Sol instead?

Actually, Merc sol may well describe my child's general health and personality. He is very lean, underweight, eats a lot but still feels pangs of hunger. Talks very fast. Restless, under confident, cries easily. Always moving. Distracted easily.

I have given him a dose now. Will continue tomorrow and report progress.
