Canine nervousness issues

I have a 3 year old Border Collie, she is always underweight (about 24lbs currently, ideal weight would be 30-33). She does not have much appetite and is a very anxious/nervous dog. Around the house she is shy and tends to avoid us but is quite outgoing at dog agility and when people come over.
She had been vaccinated for rabies at 6 months and shortly afterwards is when most of this began. I have read that either thuja or lyssin are good remedies for this but am unsure of the type of dosage or how to administer these remedies. Please advise.
