hair loss due to thyroid???

I am mid 50s, used to have really great thick hair, about 8 yrs ago all of a sudden a patch of hair disappeared from center front hairline. It hasn't grown back since. I could never figure out why, maybe menapausal, maybe stress but rest of hair was still very good. Now 2 yrs ago my hair started shedding a lot, I tested and was diagnosed with Hashimotos thyroiditis, which basically symptoms are hair loss, dry skin, brittle nails, anxious, brain fog, low body temp etcetcetc. My TSH ranged between 7-11, my T3 and T4 mid range. But my antibodies which were tested at 800 then, have since rose to 3900 (tested today). I started taking levythroxine about 7/8 months ago, 50mg/day, but my TSH is still 6.32. My hair has gotten really thin in front. I tried rogaine in the summer and it made it worse, so i stopped almost immediately. Now I am taking silica, MSM and Vit C, I tried inositol/choline, I have tried almost everything. I wonder if anyone has ideas how to lower my antibodies (I tried selenium but it hasnt worked) which I think is causing all my problems, or how to control hairloss and REGROW my hair. My eyelashes also have been falling out to what the doctors say is blethphetitis. I just went to a homeopathic doctor who prescribed silica taking 15 in one dose/once a day. He also suggested putting arnica lotion on hair 2x/week 20 minutes prior to bathing, and he suggested echineacha ang to lower antibodies but I can't find evidence that that works. Any suggestions???
