Irritability, Fear and Mood Swings

Hello, I am experiencing a lot of internal anger/irritability. I don't express it to others but I feel it all the time

I am taking Lamictal, Prozac and Xanax.

I have felt this anger as long as I can remember.

I also have a lot of fear. I worry about what other people think of me, how I should act, etc. I cannot perform well at work because I am worried that people are analyzing my work.

Recently I moved and had a relationship ended... I am experiencing huge mood swings.. elated, then depressed, then happy... etc.

I need to take care of the irritability the most. The mood swings will go away eventually. The anxiety is constant as well...

Thank you :)
