You need to pay more attention to my instructions, I told you to take only one dose from the bottle and I meant for only one day too and report back, but apparently you took for more days. I also ask you questions and usually you respond them only partially, that only makes things go slower. Please try to improve your communication skills by answering my questions and giving more details when you report back.

Please stop taking the 30C immediately and follow this instruction step by step:

1 - Order Nux Vomica 1M
2 - Grab a clean glass and pour in about 120ml (half cup) of spring water.
3 - Drop ONLY TWO (2) pellets of Nux Vomica 1M in it, and let it dissolve completely.
4 - Grab a clean teaspoon and stir gentle for a few seconds.
5 - Take 1 teaspoon from it, and place under your tongue, hold for a few seconds and swallow it.
6 - Discard and throw away the rest of the water in the glass.

Do this for ONLY 1 day, ONLY 1 dose, for ONLY 1 time. Do not repeat it.

And please report back on the next day.

There's a potency that brings improvement faster but it's very necessary that before that you take 30C and 1M so I can evaluate your sensitivity to the remedy. This faster potency also requires discipline to administer which I've been trying to teach you and get you used to. If I say one, that means one, not two or three. Everything in Homeopathy needs to be done and adjusted meticulously, do not mess with your medicines and dosages.

Now I need to see how do you do with this dose of 1M that you took. Please wait and watch for 4 days, do not repeat the remedy, and keep reporting back.

Okay then, please get the following items:

1- Nux Vomica LM2 from Helios Homeopathy:

2- A new 250ml plastic or glass bottle. Preferably a glass one. (See the pictures below)

3- Vodka. (You'll need a small amount)

4- A new metal teaspoon that will be reserved only to take doses.

Make sure your teaspoon is in fact a teaspoon which is equivalent to 5ml. Thats EXTREMELY important. Do not confuse with:

dessertspoon (10ml) - Too big
tablespoon (15ml) - Even bigger

5 - A pack of disposable plastic cups.

The purpose of using vodka is only because of the alcohol which will work as a preservative so your medicine solution can last longer. The amount used is very small and it'll be diluted in a much bigger part of water. So technically it would be impossible for you to be altered by the alcohol when you take a teaspoon as a dose.

Now with you're really not willing to use it due to religion or some other beliefs than you have no choice other than just make with only water. This way though, your remedy will last only a couple weeks and you may need to buy a new potency and be constantly making a new bottle.

What kind of bottle exactly did you get? It's important for me to know.

Are you using vodka or not?

You'll need the remedy as well.

What's the size of the bottle? Has it been used before?

Follow these instructions STRICTLY in order to have a successful treatment:

1- Grab your 250ml bottle and pour in only 180ml / 6oz of fresh spring water in it.

[About 70ml / 2oz of the bottle will remain empty]

2- Put ONLY ONE tiny granule of your Nux Vomica LM2 in the bottle.

[If you put TWO or MORE granules, this method WILL NOT WORK. You MUST put JUST ONE.]

3- Let it dissolve and leave it alone for a couple hours. Always store your bottle in a dark place away from anything that has strong odors and from electronic appliances.

Succussion - Every time before you take a dose, you'll succussion the bottle a certain number of times. That means you'll hit the bottom of the bottle against your thigh or the palm of your hand, to produce a controlled shaking and bubbles should form in the medicinal solution.

Dilution glass - Every time you must prepare one disposable cup filled with 125ml / 4oz of water. You'll place 1 teaspoon from the medicinal solution into this cup. Stir well for about 20 seconds. Then take 1 teaspoon as a dose from the dilution cup. Discard and throw away the water left.

- You will ALWAYS take doses from the dilution cup. Sometimes you may need more than 1 to dilute even more and reduce aggravations.
- You will ALWAYS use new cups for the next dose.
- You will ALWAYS rinse your teaspoon immediately after taking a dose.

Your first dose:

Succussion the bottle only 1 time.
Place 1 teaspoon of the medicinal solution into 125ml dilution cup.
Stir well.
Take 1 teaspoon from the 1st dilution cup and put it in a 2nd 125ml dilution cup.
Stir well.
Take 1 teaspoon from the 2nd dilution cup as a dose. Place the water under your tongue before you swallow it.

Do not repeat it, and report back the next day. It's important to see how you react to the first dose.
