Deafness in left ear

I was hit on my ear by my surfboard and it created a vacuum and blew my ear drum. I then got an infection. When i first did the injury i had conductive hearing in my left ear. Now I have no hearinh what so ever. My doctor doesnt think it is due to the infection, probably a disruption in my inner ear, maybe blood got in there or even the gentistone ear drops that i was using could have caused it.

My symptoms are ;
Complete Deafness in left ear, slight ringing.
Dizziness when I tilt my head left or right. More so left. Feels as if there is water in my head and it is heavy on the side that I tilt it.

I would appreciate any help to try and beat the deafness, ringing or dizziness.
