brown spots in eyes

hi
have some brown spots min my eyes, they have been there since 5 years back and really want to then gone. i have read about, Agaricus Muscarius, but am 2 scared 2 take it after reading about how toxic it is, and i am quite small 5,2 and 42kg what would the dosage be, do i take it in my mouth? are there any altenative choices?
