How to take Gelsemium 30c and then SepiaHello there
I have been suffering with CFS for nearly nine years, the condition has evolved during this time but its now mainly lethargy and cognitive impairment (memory, concentration, word finding). I was in good health previously but then got two very bad bouts of gastroenteritis in short succession and then spent about a year vomiting and on constant diarrhoea after which I never got back to normal.
A homeopath I met briefly suggested the problem was loss of life force in the loss of all body liquids (sounds like the best explanation I have had so far) and suggested Gelsemium 30c followed by Sepia. How do I take these remedies, on alternate days? Sepia also 30c?
Help much appreciated! Thank you,

It seems for me that carbo veg will help you. You may want to look up this remedy.
But if you want to take gels then sepia. First take gels 30c (prepare a wet dose by referring to this forum) and take twice daily doses for a week. Don't forget to succuss before each dose. If it shows good improvement, use the wet dose till problem resolves or when the medicine doesn't help anymore, then move on to 200c in the same way. Only when you have exhausted first medicine's effectivity for you, move on to second remedy sepia giving a gap of 2 weeks between the remedies.

The wet dose preparation is as follows: Put 3 pills or 3 drops of the medicine in a 500 ml of packaged drinking water bottle.
First dose you can take it without shaking the bottle. But just before every other subsequent dose, the bottle should be shaken with vigour for 7 times. And from the bottle 4 drops will be ONE dose.
