choronic hydrocele

i m 33 yrs. of old.i have a hydrocele for the last about 20 Yrs. in my right testical.i m a batchelor and also suffering from DVT.i have been examined by the various surgeons who has recommended my the surgery in conventional treatment.i felt this problem when i was 12 yrs of old through self examination that my right testical is bit larger then left but i ignoared it .whith the passage of time it kept on growing.right now if i turn it into supherical shape it is almost equavalent to tenis ball.right now it is elliptical in shape.i have never felt pain at all in it, but now it is enough big and visible from my dress when i sit or walk.i request to this forum kindly recommend me some effective remedy so that i may be able to get quick results and quick relief.kindly help me out to prevent from surgery.i m getting married after 3 months.

please tell me that SILICEA-30 is effective for both hydrocele and spermatocele because during ultrasound Doctor told me in his report that i have both hydrocele and spermatocele in my right testical.earlier another Doctor told me that there is some mass but i examined it that it is somewhere hard and somewhre it is like water filled.anyhow i m using these drops for the last one week and feeling no change.if there is any change in it, then it is so small that i can not feel it however i will continue it till your next instruction
