Dark spotting, no period, migraines

For the past 2 weeks, I have been spotting dark, almost black. it stopped, than all of a sudden there was a bloody clump, then the dark spotting began again. I was taking minocycline 50mg for about 3.5 weeks, and wonder if it has been affected my period.
i've also been suffering from headaches, and fatigue. are these symptoms related? what could be the problem.
note: i am not, and have not been sexually active. i havent experienced any pain except for when i sleep (in my back).
