Sepia antidoted? suggestions needed

Hi,

I have been doing research myself and kept coming up on Sepia as a remedy so I decided to take it in 30c liquid dose for 1 day as I have seen recommended on this site.
That same day after taking the second dose(of 3) I felt a difference mentally. I felt much lighter and more grounded. Not anxious and dwelling on things as usual, not sad as usual and more in the moment as opposed to going over bad things that either have happened or might happen.
From what I experienced and from what I have read on this site, this sounds like a proper reaction to the correct remedy.
The PROBLEM is that later that day I ate some coffee ice cream(oops), and the next day I didn't have these good mental feelings anymore.
Does it sound like I antidoted the remedy?
If so, should I repeat the same remedy, would that be bad?
Should I go to Sepia 200c since I had a good reaction to 30c and it felt like the right one?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
No,sepia is not antidoted by coffee or ice-cream.You can try another dose of sepia30c,then gradually increases the potency if you feel significant improvement.
