pl use cuprum met 30 thrice daily for 3 days report pl stop mimmulus and olive to continue causticum 10 m to repeat after one month one dose only

I started taking cuprum met 30 three doses a day and i will continue for 3 days. I am stopping Mimulus and olive. Regarding causticum 10M I am not clear when to take the medicine. Kindly reply.

I am a patient of writerÂ’s cramp since last 15 years. My disease has aggravated since last 5 years. I am not in opposition to write with a speed. I have to hold my pen in a particular posture and I cannot write continuously for 2-3 minutes. I feel pain in hand and I have to give rest to my hand. I have no other problem. I can hold things with my hand
