Timing when multiple remedies
Hello everyone. I'm currently taking Cocculus (for vertigo) and a combo of Ruta and CalPhos. The only reason I'm taking CalPhos is because I read in several places that it increases the absorption of Ruta. So... my question is, I've heard from some that you should separate remedies from one another unless they are designed to work together. What do I do in this case? Since I take all of them multiple times per day, I'd be placing things under my tongue all day every hour or so!! Any advice would be much appreciated... Thanks!- JD
