You must also note that i got again another hard mass type thing on my left anal lip which was disappeared before by some homeo remedy.
Before lachesis there was one and after lachesis one more appeared/developed and the previous one size increased a bit.

Today is 11th day and there is no improvement rather i am feeling more sick as previously there is numbness in left hand but now from left knee to foot there started numbness. About changes in my mind/behaviour i felt like i am having some urgent work as my inner feeling is like that i have to go somewhere if i try to eat or work there is some hurry in my mind and chest that there is something missing i have to do.
And left sided pain has moved towards heart front and back side and also little pain started in right side from a bit of center
Fissure has got only a bit better.
Please recommend something

Okay then, please form a list of symptoms both, mental and physical, also mentioning behavior traits, without leaving out anything.

Please note that, if you found any remedy only do harm from the beginning, it is not your remedy, it is surely wrong remedy for you. (According to your description, you get only bad result from Sulphur in every potency, higher or lower- either 10M, or 6)
Similarly, If you found helpful and useful any remedy, it is the write remedy for you. You only need to ensure proper dose and avoid overdose, so that it would not become harmful.
But if you found helpful any remedy only for antidote other remedy, it have no guaranty to be permanently effective for the treatment of your ailment, but for the antidote purpose, you can use it without any hesitation. But if any remedy failed or give long time bad result
