5 pills on tongue early morning ; clean the tongue with cleaner 10 minutes before dose ; don't use toothpaste ; don't eat or drink anything one hour before and after the dose ;;; don't take tea till evening ;
then after a day, start
Gelsemium Q : 7 drops in half cup of water 4 times daily ; don't eat or drink anything 20 minutes before and after the dose ;

Please get Reckeweg R19 drops and acid phos 200 pills and china 30 pills also; They will be useful in giving relief from lethargy;

I have followed the whole posts and replies. From the generalities and symptoms you had described, Causticum seems to be the best for you, also Arsenicum Album. Try both one by one in 30C potency (4 drops in a little water, 3 times a day). First ry Arsenic for 4 days, if you do not feel any relief, stop and try Caustium. I am sure either of the two will work. All the best.

Ars Alb may be suited but before that got to know about thirst symptoms,

Please update your thirst symptoms also ,; Is it hight or low? you drink often in little quantities to quench thirst or you drink large quantities of water at long intervals ?
update upon stomach symptoms, pain or burning if any , location, timings of aggravation ;
take NUX VOM 200 as said before to anti dote phosphorus;

My thirst levels are high .i prefer drinking often in small quantities .Kind of discomfort in the lower right abdomen .

It would be better if you stop all homeopathic treatment for 2 weeks. The way you have been administered remedies one after the other, your case is going to be beyond repair.
