Preventitive Care For Capsular Contracture

I'd like some suggestions for preventing capsular contracture for silicone breast implants.

Capsular contracture, in short, is the tightening of the scar tissue capsule that forms around the implant. This causes the breast to become hard, as the implant is squeezed by the tissue.

Ideally, the implant will be able to move freely as the capsule will be relaxed and the scar tissue soft.

Having gone through previous threads, I will try Calendula to prevent the formation of too much scar tissue. I have also been taking Arnica 30X four times a day for 2 weeks (had the surgery 2 weeks ago). In addition, I have been taking Staphysagria 30C.

In the long term, I'd like something that may help the implant capsule stay soft and relaxed.

All recommendations are appreciated!
