Polysystic ovaries and hair loss problem please help

Hi I am 24 years old not married and i was having hair loss and irregular periods problem from 17 years of my age. when i scanned, i had polysystic ovaries. So i am taking metformin tablets and iron tablets. but still i am having hair loss (especially in the front head) and i rregular periods. i dont thyroid but.

And i have contipation problem often. Please help me what to do.

I am afraid to get married because of this.
