Cataract

My mother recently got diagnosed cataract in her both eyes .Doctor told her to wait for sometime as its in early stage . She has diabetes for last 15 years and is not able to control her blood sugar .Her gallbladder was removed 14 yrs ago . Is there any homeopathy medicine for cataract .

Cal Flour 6x thrice daily for one month along with cinninaria maritima succus eye drops to be used twice daily for three month rub your hand 21 times and do palming several times by gently placing palm on closed eye pl take low salt diet
