Not pregnant

I’ve been married more then 2 year and has no baby yet. Me and my wife has been checked by NHS in London and found no problem. We also use some medicine but nothing happen. Some body told me about homeopathic medicine that is very effective. Please advice any medicine.

sepia 200 one dose to your wife to be repeated after every month for three month 8 pills as one dose evening time no tea coffee one hour after and before the dose no intercourse after 8 days of period only 10 th 12 th 14 th and 16 th day for act
