keratin for hair loss

HELLO:
I am new here this is my first post on this forum, I am searching for a homeo medicine contain keratin as we all know hair are made up of protein(keratin) and keratin is also present in nail and skin. I am suffering from hair loss I have used Arnica but of no use to me. My hair are not growing long and getting thin day by day, doctor suggest me capsule called hair vit the capsule were very good but have grown hair on my arms and legs,My diet is proper and balanced, but have dryness on my sclap and face kindlly help me i will be thankfull to you, and please suggest the name of homeomedicine contain keratin thanks
