Swami Ramdev's Mukta Vati for High Blood Pressure

There is one superb remedy for High Blood Pressure developed by Swami Ramdev's Divya Pharmacy. The details are as follows -

Divya Mukta Vati for High Blood Pressure

Main Ingredients:
A celestial medicine prepared with pious herbs found in the Himalayas, like Brahmi, Sankha-pushpi, Ustukhudusa (Arabian or French Lavender), Arjuna, Puskara-mula, Jata-mamsi, Sarpagandha, Jyotishmati, Vaca, Ashvagandha and other cooling herbs like Moti Pishti (Mukta Pishti).

Therapeutic Uses:

Divya Mukta Vati Absolutely free from side effects.
Divya Mukta Vati Cures high blood pressure caused by any cause, either by kidney disorder, heart disease or by increased cholesterol, anxiety, tension, or for inherited reasons.
Divya Mukta Vati Also cures linked complications like insomnia, feeling of nervousness, palpitation, pain in the chest and head. There is no need to take any extra medicine for the relief of these complications. Intake of this 'Mukta Vati' will not produce excessive sleep in persons who by now have normal sleep.
There is no need to take allopathic or any other medicine along with the administration of 'Mukta Vati'. If a patient by now takes any other medicine he may stop that undoubtedly. If any patient has been taking other medicine for a long time, or is habituated to taking that medicine, then first he should gradually reduce the dose of that medicine along with the intake of 'Mukta Vati'. Thereafter, he may stop taking that other medicine slowly.
Mukta Vati also gives immediate relief to those patients whose blood pressure doesn't become normal even after taking allopathic medicine, and who are distressed from insomnia (sleeplessness) as well as uneasiness.
Allopathic medicines give only provisional relief, as they are not able to root out the disease, whereas 'Mukta Vati' cures the disease forever within a short period of one or one and a half years. It normalizes the blood pressure, and there is no need to take any other medicine.
If for exceptional reasons one has to take 'Mukta Vati' for a long time, still there is no harm as it doesn't create any side effect.
Mode of Administration & Dosage:

If Blood pressure. is 160/100 mm hg. or more while taking allopathic medicine: 1-2 tabs, thrice a day - before breakfast, before lunch, and one hour before diner with fresh water.
If Blood pressure is 140/90 mmhg. While taking allopathic medicine: 1-2 tabs twice a day - before breakfast and diner.
It will be more effective if tablet is chewed first and then water is taken. Allopathic medicine should be stopped when Blood pressure becomes normal.
If patient is taking allopathic medicine then he should be made to check his Blood pressure after starting 'Mukta Vati'. When Blood pressure. becomes normal even without taking allopathic medicine then allopathic medicine should be discontinued. If patient is habituated to taking allopathic medicine, then the dosage should be reduced gradually and then stopped. Meanwhile 2 tablets, of 'Mukta Vati' (before breakfast or lunch) should be continued. If by taking 'Mukta Vati' (2 tabs.) once a day, Blood pressure. becomes normal for some period, then dosage should be reduced to one tablet per day in the morning. This will stabilize Blood pressure. in the normal level. Dose of one tablet (once a day) should be continued for some days. Then Blood pressure. will be come 120/ 80 mmhg, or less. Now the dose of 'Mukta Vati' should be reduced to one tablet twice a week, and then one tab once a week. Thereafter intake of the medicine should be stopped. Now Blood pressure. will remain normal and the patient will be healthy and fit.

Take light and digestive food;
Take 2 to 4 tumblers of water early in the morning.
Take salt in less quantity. In the place of sea-salt, rock-salt should be taken.

Those who do yogasanas and pranayams regulary will not only regularise their Blood Pressure soon but they will soon be off all the medicines.

The following pranayams should be practised daily
Bhastrika Pranayam 5 minutes
Kapalbhati Pranayam 20 minutes
Anulom Vilom Pranayam 20 minutes
Bhramari Pranayam 3 minutes

Do the pranayams with sincerity and derive the maximum benefit.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Mr. Kadwa,
i have written about Mukta vati here at ABC earlier...and have also recommended it to friends in many countries.

Have received tremendous positive feed back for the ability of this med to control High Blood Pressure.

Infact, after a certain time ..by taking this med....there is no further need for medication. This med cures the problem.

Best wishes

Patanjali Yogpeeth has done very extensive research in Ayurveda. They have linked the ancient ayurved and yog principles with the disease conditions identified by the Modern Medical Science.
The job of the vaidyas working at Patanjali Chikitsalaya has been simplified a lot as the identification of set of ayurvedic medicines for the treatment of the present day diseases has already been made at the highest level. These vaidyas are BAMS or MDs. They are paid salaries by Patanjali Chikitsalaya and they don't get any commission for the medicines they prescribe. Their selection process is also quite tough. So one should not think that they won't be able to give results. In my opinion the best thing one can do is to practise Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam daily for 30 minutes each. The ideal thing is to pratise pranayams for 1 hr in the morning and half an hour in the evening.
Those who do pranayam regularly find that they need less sleep. Thus there is no effective time loss.
Homeopathic Remedy stimulates the vital force. Stimulation of vital force depends on the approach and expertise of the homeopath. In pranayam that stimulation is done by the patient himself. But here the success of stimulation depends on his regularity and sincerety in practice.

Hi Dr Kadwa,

Woukd Mukta Vati interfere with Homeo Meds?

My BP is in the range of 120-130/90 on telmasartin 40 mg.

However I play badminton 1 hour early morning 6-7 am. As soon as I get up drink 2 glass of water.

After my game, I compulsorily do anulom Vilom, bastrika and Kapalbhatti in the order.

Now I am being treated by Dr Neil.

As of now things are now working fine. I'll keep this option open. One disturbing thought is I need to stop the allopathy med totally. My dependency on it has resulted in if I do not take a tab a day, I feel nauseaus, and breathing difficulty and tingling in my fingers. This happened a few days back.

I forgot to mention it in the post to Dr Neil. I'll post it so that he is aware.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Mr. Mathew

You can very safely take mukta vati instead of the allopathic tablet. Mukta Vati will work more effectively for you as you are practising Pranayam daily. Neither does Mukta vati have offensive odour nor does it contain camphor, coffee or garlic. Therefore in my opinion it should not antidote your homeopathic remedy.

With Best Wishes to You and Dr. Niel

Blood pressure is the force of your blood against the walls of your arteries. It is recorded as two numbers, the systolic pressure (as the heart beats) and the diastolic pressure (when your heart relaxes between the beats). The measurement is written one above or before the other, with the systolic number on top and the diastolic number on the bottom. For example, a blood pressure measurement of 120/80 mmHg (millimeters of mercury, a chemical element having symbol of Hg) is expressed verbally as '120 over 80.' High blood pressure is a silent killer which increases your risk for getting heart disease and/or kidney disease leading to complete failure of your kindneys (Renal Failure) or having a stroke.
It is especially dangerous because it often has no warning signs or symptoms. Regardless of race, age, gender and area, anyone can develop high blood pressure, it is estimated that one in every ten pakistani has high blood pressure, once high blood pressure is developed, it usually lasts a lifetime and it like many other life time diseases opens the door of permanent life time business for pharmaceutical companies and medical practitioners, and unfortunately there is no permanent medicinal cure of this silent killer.
It may be remembered that unlike Allopathy, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Homeopathy and other alternative medicine, the Islamic Medicine is a divine medicine based on revelation and God gifted knowledge of Holy Prophet Muhammad bin Abdullah (peace be upon him) and his Twelve Successors which does not need any hypothesis, experimentation and observation and thus it is the only true code of healing for all the medical practitioners and an easy and decisive cure for the sick humanity.
Hulyatul Muttaqeen narrates that Imam Moosa Kaazim Alahis Salam, The 7th Successor to Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), said 'Prunes (dried plums or aalu bukhara in urdu) cures your blood pressure and relieves your body pains while fresh plums (aalucha) cures your fever and jaundice'.
My goal was to find a quick, easy cheaper and decisive cure for hypertension so i tried an experiment on a female patient and i advised her to take 5 prunes (dried plums or aalu bukhara in urdu), soak them overnight in a glass of water, separate their seeds in the morning and eat all the five seedless prunes before or after breakfast alongwith the water the prunes were soaked in, the blood pressure magically dropped to normal within minutes, it was an amazing result, i continued my experiments for several months on hundreds of patients and they were all shocked to find such a simple, cheaper, easy and miracle cure provided by Imam Moosa Kazim Alahis Salam The 7th Successor to Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), which is not only free from all side effects but it is full of side benefits, hypertensive patients reported many side benefits during the treatment and no adverse effects have been reported so far, and thus it was the discovery of true cure of Hypertension
Although i adopted a different method but consuming five prunes everyday at a time is the simple way to cure your hypertension and you can not get the same results by fresh plums, blackish prunes (dried plums) proved to be more effective than others, not only it normalizes your blood pressure it lowers your elevated sugar level, minimizes general body pains, burns your extra fat, aids and eases your digestion, normalizes your appetite, cures your constipation, relieves your hiccough, nausea, vomiting, and removes your all wrinkles.
Imam Jaffar-e-Sadiq Alahis Salam The 6th Successors to Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) has suggested two more items to obtain even faster and durable results by using Lettuce and Sattoo (ground powder of roasted cereals like barley, rice, jowar and wheat etc etc, 2/3 table spoon powder is dissolved in a glass of water and consumed alongwith ground jaggery, sugar or honey) besides, a daily use of one table spoon of sesame oil orally or using it as cooking oil will drcreases your LDL (bad cholesterol) and increases your HDL (good cholesterol) protects your arteries from hardening and improves your circulation thus it is an ideal oil for cardiac and hypertensive patients. Stay healthy limiting your amount of salt, quiting the smoking, eating a heart-healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, reducing your extra weight (if you are overweight) avoiding alcohol and a regular walking.
Once you try this miracle cure, quit all the medicines you are already taking or it may lower your blood pressure, taking life time drugs itself creates unnecessary life time harmful side effects, i quote here for you a saying of Imam Ali Alahis Salam The Successor to Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) 'Medicine does to the body what soap does to the clothes. It cleans them but wears them out' so avoid unnecessary medication. I have revealed the hidden secret cure for your hyperension which is cheaper, more effective, more permanent and more natural than any other, the taste of prunes may not be pleasant for some but the result is pleasant for all.

Here is some clinical research evidence to prove the efficacy of using prunes for Hypertension
bambaiya 8 years ago

A single dose of Sulphur 200 may be tried and it's effects watched for 15 days. If there are no desirable effects Nux Vomica 200 may be tried in the same way. MV may be continued. An ayurvedic expert suggests a combination of remedies after studying the vaata, pitta and kafa properties of patient. Unfortunately these experts keep their decision making process secret and don't do prescribing on open forums.

Thanks to bambaiya for the link giving evidence for BP control using prunes. We get Prunes ( in India ) that can be eaten directly without need to remove seeds (pitted prunes) and without socking in water. Is that ok ?
I saw many postings in net that Mukta vati has side effect of creating blocked nose.
