AzoospermicI am suffering from azoospermic and have undergone TESA. Few immotile sperms were identified through TESA.
Since last three months I am undergoing homeopathy treatment have taken Damania, conium, yhimbinum, Mira Puma, selenium...
But no positive result. Semen Analysis still shows zero sperm count or no spermatazoa seen.
Please suggest should I continue with my treatment or should I leave my hope?

Dr. Sharma, May I ask you why you are so confident about this remedy? Have you had some success with this for this condition?
