Hi Fiona,
Please take 3 doses of Carcinosin 30 equally spaced by 2 hours for a single day ONLY as below.
Dissolve 2 drops of CARC 30 in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can shake it gently after dissolving.
Take a capful from this bottle 3 times in one day, spaced by 2 hours.
This is to be done for one day ONLY.
Let me know in 7 days after these 3 doses. I will look forward to your update.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin

Thank you, Sameer. The only question I have is about #7...no medicinal creams (etc.) on the skin. I use a numbing cream on my arm before dialysis. Will that be okay to continue to use? I hope so as it helps with the pain of the needles. Thank you!!

It is not quite a week since I began the remedy but wanted to check in with you anyway. Since beginning the remedy my sleep has greatly improved and my dreams interesting and clear. It's been two weeks since we were last in touch. You asked that I follow up with you at this time. My sleep is a bit more interrupted (again) and so I do not always get a full night's sleep. At first, the remedy clearly helped me with my sleep. now, I am not so sure. No other symptoms to report. I await your suggestions. Thanks you.

Hi. I took the remedy on Saturday and have slept very well since then. When you first suggested this remedy you mentioned it was 'extremely deep acting'. I have not noticed anything shifting (yet!) Are you able to tell me what I might expect....? Can you help me understand what the remedy is working on? I like to know these things, when possible, so that I can work with the remedy more by visualizing changes. I hope that makes sense. Thank you!

Hi, again. I am writing to let you know that I am not sleeping again. I've been up for the past 4 nights in a row, even though I walk a LOT, and I am tired, I cannot sleep. I thought I should mention this in case you recommend adjusting the remedy. Thank you!

If feels better by Consolation then your Remedy is Pulsatilla.
Take Pulsatilla 30 4 pills three times a day for atleast a week and then come back.
Also Ignetia 30 Once a day as you got affected due to Fear.
