L4 L5 disc bulge causing low back pain and sciatica

i am suffering from back pain and sporadic sciatica for the last 10 years...sujok has provided relief from time to time....the disc between L4 L5 is bulging inwards causing pressure on the nerve inside.i have tried rhus tox 200,staphysagria 200,arnica 200,nux vomica 200,formica rufa 6......everything provides relief for a few days and then it is back to normal...can someone suggest a proper course for me please.

after using of Gnaphyllum 200c if u have not feeling improvement then start with ,COLOCYNTHIS cm three doses after every meale , first day.scond day start with nuxvomica cm same 3 doses,third day start with rhustox cm three dose.repeate these medicin with same method after every 15 days for 45 days.

BULGE INWARDS-chiropractic tretament--unless discs used--but chiro will inform u this---then appropriate homoeopath remdy---and for proper selection nowand after treatment--will NEED modalities---what make better?what make worse? as long as valid---also if using alopath meds for any other condtion--this may also intfere--as well as dietary consderation as coffe and citirc acid foods/drinks--these willintefere with homooeo meds.

READ CONQUER BACK AND NECK PAIN, WALK IT OFF

This book just changed my life. Basically, you don't have to buy the book bc here's the gist of it. Whenver you're in pain, walk. Yes, walk. I walk for an hour a day now (after being on pills and pain for the last 8 years) and I have no pain now. If I do have pain, I walk and it goes away within the hour.

I wasted years of my life listening to doctors. I think this works better with people that have a herniated disk. Mine is at my L5
