Small Pilondial Cyst?

Hi just wondering if someone can help me with some Homeopathy treatments?

Basically about 2 weeks ago I felt a small bump , thought it was a pimple above my butt line. But then when doing situps last week I saw a small sinus and the pimple part was bleeding from the pressure of doing situps.

So I went to doctor and he gave me antiobiotics to use for 7 days. The pimple part has gone down in size but is still there.

Details:
- No pain at all for the cyst
- no drainage as far as I can see
- Pimple very small now.

about me:
5 foot 11 and 180 pds.
-decent shape.
-have a desk job where I sit a lot.

So my question is, what things can I take to make sure it goes away? It feels kind of itchy at times, but there isn't any pain as I believe i caught it in the early stages.

Any advice would be great. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
