Hair loss problem for 3 1/2 years old baby girl

My neice who is 3 1/2 years old, started to lose her hair in round patches, first from the back part of the head and also from front part of the head as well. This hair loss started about 2 months back. She has mottled teeth also.

Could some one please prescribe some remedy for her.
